Inside A Failed Electronic Parking/Handbrake Motor (Renault Scenic 3)

Today we are taking a look inside the failed rear EPB motor from a Renault Scenic 3. These motors are a very common failure, usually leaving the handbrake seized on and the car stuck.

Do you mean where they go out of sync or fail due to water damage from blocked scuttle drains?
