It's definately possible to guess their nationality just from their appearance. At my first glance, just from A's makeup, I was like she 100% has to be Korean. As a Chinese male who don't much about makeup, I don't know how to describe, but there certainly is a discernable difference. C's clothing appears to be more on the Japanese side, which made me think she's Japanese.

I am Japanese, and Japanese people are very strict about how to eat and how to use chopsticks.
There are times when I get scolded for leaving food behind, but what about people in other countries?

That kinda Japanese floor-sitting style of girls will always look so sweet to any country's girls! Also, I heard some health benefits for women if they sat like that said by my Indian friend! Maybe it's true or not but it still looks fabulous! 😋😋😊😊

Ethnically Chinese but we sometime use Korean long spoon at home and I use the spoon while eating noodle cause I don’t want to pick up the whole bowl, it’s hot 😂😂

The shape and length of chopstics vary in countries, but maybe that's why they had them all use the same kind to make it less obvious. Placement of them was a dead giveaway for Japan though.
Also B hesitating to turn the pages 😄 because she knew it would make it obvious she was Chinese.

It's actually polite to use hand gesture for other people in Japan too. But when pointing oneself there is no need to show respect to own, so we use finger.
