- The Los Angeles Lakers rolled out a new lineup in their 121-110 win over the Chicago Bulls. LeBron and AD combined for 63 points in the win. Austin Reaves scored 19 points and hit Patrick Beverley with a “too small” celebration.” Nick Wright, Chris Broussard, and Kevin Wildes debate whether they can be confident in the Lakers as they approach the playoffs.

Lakers Bench being consistent = not as big of an if but not guaranteed that they show up every game, especially when watching the winnable games they lost without bron playing.
I agree there is no western juggernaut but the only reliable consistent players you can trust on this team are LeBron and maybe DLo and Austin Reeves. AD you flip a coin and hope he shows up and hope he doesn't get hurt. You hope the bench can show up on defense and make their jumpshots. And the Lakers have ZERO post presence when AD sits bc Gabriel is GARBAGE. You saw how the rockets had their way in the paint without AD there. Lakers can make a run but that requires a historically inconsistent guy to be consistent across the entire playoffs

Nick doesn’t watch laker games. Wenyen is the furthest from the worst rotation guy. That would be Malik Beasley. Can’t hit his shots, turns it over, and isn’t engaged defensively. Wenyen battles every min. Gives you 7,8 rebounds and protects the rim. Watch some games nick.

Well they are extremely good in defending without fouling and on offence they live in the paint. They don't shoot a lot of threes and Austin has become less annoying James Harden when it comes to free throws.

The bulls shot 33 three's compared to LA's 20. Thats 13 possesion they wasted. They could have driven inside and get shooting fouls. Half of those would have been 12-14 free throws. Get some context first before commenting non sense.

My Opinion.
There is a reason for all the foot and ankle injuries occurring this year on all the teams in the NBA. I can only venture a guess and I won't do that but something has to be behind these foot & ankle injuries that's destroying the players season throughout the league.
