If you remove both which goes to the plenum, why don't you remove both which goes back to throttle body ?

YOOOO UPDATE , shit got rear ended by someone on their phone , yes they worked great at 4,500 miles I drained them and they would be 1/3 full , right bank 1/4 since hoses are a little longer

Are you gonna do a review later? Would be interested to see how well they work.

I'm 110% with you about paying 400 bucks for catch cans. Mishit-moto stuff is made in China anyways you couldn't tell them apart unless you seen the logo.
If anyone sells a universal Z/G/Q braket for two cans with an option to quick detach the cans could make bank.

How ate you draining these? Do you have little ball valves on bottom where the plug goes? I'm probably doing this same setup but if I can find ones like this with dipsticks that'd be cool. And then ball valves connection to hose to y adapter to single hose...exit right above the engine shroud with hole cut out of shroud to allow for draining straight thru. Just fit a small pan under car...flip both ball valves open to drain(at first measure each side individually to determine drain schedule). Shouldn't have to remove anything to drain with this method. Possibly use a ball valve at bottom on bracket to keep any stray/ late drippage from the length of the y-drain

Looks good, cost is right. But does the hood close correctly?

What kind of hose is necessary to go from the catch can back to intake? The 3/4" heater hose that I used collapses. Heat from the engine makes the hose pliable, and the intake's vacuum pressure causes it to collapse.

How long of a 3/4" section did you use? Did you go from IM immediately to a reducer then to the 1/4" hose...on the valve cover side the pcv to reducer to hose? With as short of larger dia hose sections as possible?

do you think its possible to use one 3-port catch can that has two inlets and one outlet? of course the two inlets will connect to 2 pcvs and the one outlet will connect to intake manifold using T connector to make two hoses.
