  • Hey folks,
My name is Justin and this is a quick video of all the things I have taken that I believe played a major role in helping me rid myself of H. Pylori, Gastritis, cured my Ulcers and improved my digestion.
It was a brutal battle for over a year and a half but I am committed to making sure other people get the same information I so desperately needed during the time I had this awful bacteria.
I am also not a Dr. and I would take any Doctor's advice over my own. If there is something that is concerning you - check with your Doctor! This is just my story and what helped me through this.

If I recall correctly I think it's a lactulose breath test.
In the United States the doctors are somewhat familiar with it. They typically will either test the stool with it or they will tell it test that fermented gas by consuming that fermentable sugar

Thanks for supplying the cliff-notes version in another comment!
I actually want to make a video in regards to probiotics. It seems there is a lot to cover and timing is a big factor.
Some quick important factors to note would be:
Post H. Pylori stomache acid is very low and probiotics like Lactobacillus Acidophilus could actually be more harmful than good due to its rapid means of reproduction and overgrowth potential (contributing to SIBO).
However, Bacillus Subtilus is a species renown for eliminating bacteria such as H. Pylori in the early GI track. So Duodenal H. Pylori colonies actually get inhibited by Bacilus Subtilus. A potential key species in preventing H. Pylori reoccurrence.
Will try and make a video with more detail this winter.

It's hard to find a lot of information on colloidal silver but I did use it and there are people with good success stories.
I do believe it's probably an effective antibiotic as the bacteria that likes to take in minerals will take in colloidal silver which will kill them in the end however this may indiscriminately function similarly to good Flora or probiotics.

It sounded like you initially combined it with slippery elm, licorice etc so as not to inflam your stomach lining...is that right? If so how much slippery elm etc did you take, and wouldn't that nullify the HCL? • @VitaminJ7734
      @VitaminJ7734  Před 2 lety +1

The bad breath is often times a result of the undigested food fermenting or rotting in the stomach.
ACV or Betaine HCL can be effective for this if that is the cause. Chlorophyll is also a known stomach deodorant.
I'm unsure about ACV during periods of fasting if you have any sign of gastritis this may not be a good idea. Most of its benefits come along with the fact that it aids in digestion and is taken with food.

A lot of us have gone through that. Something feels very wrong, very heavy and anxiety is high due to H. Pylori's damage to the Vagus nerve. Strangely, things seem to get worse afterwards for sometime to get better. I would always check with your doctor, but I do want to share that a lot of people find PPI's to cause significant problems down the line. One of the final steps to fixing my gut was actually acidifying the stomache, as opposed to lowering the acidic content. (Keep the PH low). If acidic things burn, you need to build the mucosal lining with things like Marshmellow root and Slippery Elm root.

So the bad breath Is typically a result of poorly digested food. Some bacteria ferment an odor, but if its straight up aweful and you feel a heaviness in your gut; you're not digesting correctly.
H pylori does significant damage to the mucosa cells which also play a role in secreting HCL, stomache acid.
What helped me and several others is restoring that stomache acid and increasing the speed of stomache emptying. This is also a remedy for halitosis (bad breath)
      I recommend:
Slippery elm and Marshmellow root first.
If you have an ulcer I'd start light on the next stage. Slippery elm and marshmellow root will coat the mucosa and help secrete proliferating cells for restoration.
      Betaine HCL
      Enzymes (optional)
The HCL will restore the stomache acid that is malfunctioning from H. Pylori damage. Start with capsule and continue to increase with each consecutive meal until you feel benefits. Some people take up to 12, but start small, because if you have ulcers it will burn and you stop. It does not agitate gaatritis as we once believed, but helps.
If you ever burning from it you took too much. Typically, itll take time to work, you'll feel lighter and less bloating and then you can taper off as your body will recycle it and restore it's own acid production.

SIBO seems to be an issue with motility. This is spurred on by having the correct PH in the stomache.
Most of the microbial threats are eradicated when correct PH is restored and the migratory complex is kicked into gear.
Then there are some cases, far more being observed now adays, where this occurs from Probiotic use and an over colonization of "Good" bacteria.

The list of regimens that you posted like Mastic Gum & Manuka honey
To help kill the H pylori.
Did you take all of them in the same day or separately because of interaction concerns im asking if they can all be taken together thru out the same day or did you take on different days .
Because I thought maybe this was the reason some ppl have trouble or side effects or not be able to tolerate them if they are all consumed in one day
So how should anyone who is trying to kill H pylori take the items you listed above ?
Is it daily or do you take mastic gum alone on 1 day them oregano oil the next day etc. Please explain thank you

I took them all at once and if you look at a lot of people success stories they do it too. It sounds like a lot and unfortunately I think that's what it takes to take out this bacteria is an approach from all angles.
Sometimes when we just stick with one remedy we seem to knock out a version of the bacteria that's vulnerable to it leaving another one resistant, and then that one takes over.

Awesome ! Ok 👌 thank you soo much for your quick reply I will definitely try to take all of them & hope that I'm able to tolerate them because I believe the H pylori cause your body over time to not tolerate alot of things you digest because they say it gives off a Gram negative effect of endo toxins & causes a Die off effect in your body that why alot ppl feel crazppy after taking supplements
But like you said by using them all at once it may attack it from different angles and kill off alot of other bad bacteria as well
Again thank you soo much for sharing that video was very very informative 👍

As far as Mastic Gum which brand did u use because I purchased some authentic mastic chewing gum from this Greek store it was the pure crystal rocks but I don't kno if I can crush these into powder & swallow it so I just chew it i feel like it helps my teeth only a little so i don't kno can i grind the rocks up & swallow bcuz I'm not sure if u can digest the gum it' self?
Also I went on to purchased othrr brands like Vitamin shop brand which was only $14.99 but I felt nothing I didn't have that mastic gum resin smell like pine then I purchased Nutricolgy brand that smelled like mastic gum but I keep having a little bad reaction like my legs & arms get stiff & it make me feel weird .
I was looking for the Brand JARROW MASTIC GUM BUT IT SEEM TO BE SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE. I DO HAVE MANUKA HONEY THE UMF 15 & 550 LIKE U STATED IN VIDEO SO WHICH BRAND OF MANUKA HONEY & MASTIC GUM DID U TRY .
ALSO DO U USE WIKD OREGANO OIL & WILD SLIPPERY ELM & WILD MARSHMALLOW ROOT OR JUST THE REGULAR. AND WHICH IS BETTER TO USE AS FAR MARSHMALLOW ROOT& SLIPPERY ELM WOULD IT BE THE BULK TO MAKE TEA OR COLD INFUSION OR WILL THE CAPSULE WORK BETTER.
ALSO FOR L GLUTAMINE I HAVE PURCHASED THE JARROW BRAND
SO IM WANT TO KNO IF U USED THAT AND IF ITS A GOOD BRAND BECAUSE I ONLY SAW THAT & SOLGAR & VITAMIN SHOP BRAND

I do believe there is a time where you remove all the gums and binders, reduce the stomache coating herbs and then crank up your gastric juices to fully restore digestive function. Once the stomache acid is in place its less likely bacteria will be able to return in that environment.

I'm still trying to research the exact reasoning for it - but it seems once H. Pylori is routed out, Stomache acid greatly declines. We'd often think the opposite - but this causes food to sit, ferment and just tear apart the stomache as it refuses to empty undigested contents in the duodenum.
