Re: Latitude, The fusion of Craig’s R&B grooves with Ben’s unique classical guitar sound received heavy airplay and sales back in the mid 80’s. Special shout out to John Golden for helping hatch the original Latitude vision❤️❤️

Have always loved the pairing of Craig & Ben ever since '86 when I made a blind purchase of the 1st Latitude vinyl LP. That album is still a favorite which gets played here decades after it's original release. I even bought both issues of the album on CD (original issue and reissue), so I have no less than 3 copies of that first album, of course along with the other Latitude projects (with and without Ben), but I am especially thrilled to see Ben playing back with Craig here... A great pairing that doesn't need other musicians to make their special 'vibe' happen.
With the totally unique vibe of that first album I find it one of those special albums of a lifetime, like, say Miles 'Kind Of Blue' or Mike Oldfields 'Tubular Bells', or Terje Rypdal's 'After The Rain'. I'm hoping to hear you guys eventually get back to doing a full album again.

Thanks CP!! It was a hard decision to leave Profile Records, Just coming off the Be Thankful recording czcams.com/video/ybEoPKg4KNo/video.html at the time, but I wanted to do something enduring, and Ben and I had a lot of common music history. When contracts were cleared and we could jump in, the music came fast. You put us in very good company, and I really appreciate you ‘living the music’! Quite a compliment. As a footnote, my son is named Miles:)

Yes, and also the final aerial, Wooster School, in Danbury Ct was where Ben and I both lived as facility brats. His dad was headmaster, and my parents ran the art department...
