the reason why the ocelots were taking all your fish, was ocelots don't get tamed like how cats do. All you can do is gain their trust and they'll stick up under you, but won't get a collar or anything
You can right click on the parrot to make them sit. You don't need leads to keep them in one spot. They can also sit on your shoulder, but not while swimming or flying.

If you’re gonna use normal glass instead of stained glass, you should get a resource pack or mod that adds connected textures!! It’ll make your aquariums and the allay bottle look nicer
He cant use resource pack or mods because he's in hardcore,but cookie can use texture packs

Oh, and the green parrot kept escaping because you tamed it and when you move far away enough from a tamed mob, it teleports to you (exception for when they sit)

You can change the carpet thingy by getting different color carpet lime or green is a creeper but I don’t think you will see this anyway so yeah

For the beehive, you should put yellow glass on the outside of the nest too so the bees can actually enter the hives, and when they come out they'll be on the inside

Ocelots can no longer be turned into cats with fish, instead it just has them trust you and stop running from you.
did you know Cookie, that you can breed the horse and the donkey to make a mule which makes the best horse/donkey cuz you can put chests on it ride it and it's faster than a donkey but slower than a horse (balance lol).
i think u cans use channeling enchanted trident so the trident can produce lightning and lightning the horse
The llama enclosure looks awesome, but unfortunately Kyle and Kyle2 will despawn shortly after their wandering trader despawns, regardless of using name tags :c

No unless it has been changed recently, I remember having 2 of them for a long time and they didn't despawn. I remember I wanted the achievement "tame all the animals" but they didn't count as llamas in the achievement. I didn't know it first and it annoyed me so much lol... Just to say that no they won't despawn.
I hope he remembered that he can name the fish by just renaming the item using an anvil

Cookie... Camels only spawn in desert villages and you can sprint to make them faster and if you jump and sprint at the same time you can dash and it's like your jumping very high and far
add bone meal to the sand on the fish tank it will give you kelp coral etc.....

Thats actually impressive work. Yet there are few things you forgot about. One of em is that you could place copper rod near random horses tied to the fence and wait for the thunder to hit em. There are some rare animals you forgot about. There are mules which if im not mistaken - spawn after breeding donkey and a horse. I dont know if these still exist, but you have also forgotten about zombie horses.
And the turtles have been forgotten too ;) but yeah amazing video btw
