WWE Champions - Authors of April talent up week 1

Wrestlemania is over, stories have been finished and new ones are about to be written. As such it makes perfect sense to introduce some new authors in the new MLC as AOP return to WWE Champions. So with a new MLC comes a new talent up event & we have moves to make to improve the roster.
