- The 2015 Honda CR-V receives a host of revisions for this year. This facelift SUV features new exterior changes to headlights, grill and alloy wheels. Also new is a 160PS 1.6 litre i-DTEC diesel engine to the 4WD models and a 9 speed automatic gearbox.

I've got the '08 2.2 Diesel ex model and love it. And this new model seems to tick all the boxes. Well done Honda ...... again 👍
Great thorough review
I like 2015 Honda CR-V Review - Inside Lane
I just bought one of these babies here in Australia
Great review, I love it, very honest and straight to the point. Thanks very much!
I'm super excited to drive the new 1.6 litre engine with the 9speed gearbox. It drove like a dream when I test drove it, refreshingly punchy!
+David Epic Le Thanks
Fingers x y nxt car
The reason for nine gears is to optimise the narrow power band of a diesel engine.
Picking up a 2018 1.6 diesel sr tomorrow.... 👍
Thank you possibly my Nxt car
I'm taking delivery of this car in 2 days. SE Plus 1.6 iDtec Auto. My only disappointment is the lack of a modern infotainment system for this kind of money. Should have had android auto and apple CarPlay. HondaConnect here in the U.K. is not as effective as the US version HondaLink where for reasons I do not know has more apps and features. But I would gladly ignore that for this beautiful engine and transmission combo plus the reliability and space.
Hi I know this post is 3 years old but just wondering do you still have the CRV if so how has it been? 😊
Nice thnx
honda is improving in diesel deparment by leaps and jumps.two turbos and 1.6 for an suv is great
armourdaddy805 I can not overstate what a good engine this is. It has to be one of the best diesels out there.
Doesn’t this have the turbo engine that causes the gas/oil dilution problem and issue....causing recalls later on?
I like this car. Is it possible to turn off the stop/start mode?
Yes stop/start can be switched off.
Does anyone own these and have a long term review?
Hi Inside Lane. I've just taken delivery of a 1.6 EX (DASP). I do 90% Inner London driving... and my consumption is horrid!! 29.0m/gl .... why would that be? is it because the engine needs to be "driven in" ??? Great car... loving it... but the consumption is a massive disappointment !
+Robbie Weich Thanks for getting in touch and congrats on your new car. The fuel figures you need to look at for that sort of driving is urban as its lots of low speeds and traffic. Honda are getting back to me on what they say the car will do officially in that environment.
the subtitles are a joke right?
+Ty Thomas HAHA! How can CZcams get it so wrong?
