    I apologie for the extra noses and the drumming in the background, this is life of Mumbai even on a sunday! But i do HOPE I'M AUDIBLE!
    ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE DOING ANY EXERCISE! DON'T JUST BLINDLY FOLLOW, BE very mindful of your body and if you get tired, allow yourself to pause and start again.
    Yoga is a journey. You can make yourself stronger by giving your self the time and patience.
    Just be careful, honor your body by going to the level you're comfortable while not being lazy!

    Omg natasha recently I got sipnal problem am in bed rest . Doctors told me for physiotherapy if it not works then I have to undergo for major surgery . After watching ur vd unexpectedly I am very happy .I can't do this kind of stretch right now but gradually will find a way to build my body to that level . Pls share some more vd for spin problem it's my request. Hope u would see my comment and share the vd

    Super resourceful ! I was way to much comfortable and settled doing a right angle stretch and This helped me to push my limits.

    Thanks I was looking for some hamstring stretching exercises before doing heavy squats. I don't think I'll be able to stretch my legs flat as you but it will do the trick i guess. Your exercises help me a lot in my bodybuilding, thanks a lot .

    Please make a video which includes all the asana in sequence, a kind of complete workout. Do along video. For teengers( I m 17). Including Fat loss, muscle gain, increase in strength, increase in stamina, calm mind...
