Shows that he didn't need to film it multiple times, because he is so good he nailed it on the first one. I applaud you, sir!

When you have no staff the broomstick is the next best practice tool I have no staff I use broom sticks all the time improvised tools are the best because you learn to use what's available and if you cut a broom stick into four parts buy some rope you can drill holes into the ends and make two pair of nunchuc my spelling I have slight learning disabilities and I'm autistic if you take playing cards and learn to throw them you can learn to throw stars I've even made throwing bolts out of scribes which are used to scribe patterns into material so that you can cut it I just sharpened and tips I really need to get ahold of Jackie Chan and Jet Lee to train and teach me but I also need to get ahold of him to help me save my wife and kids including my wife's family and my own are hurting us and our kids and trying to set us up for their crimes the proof is on my page I have all kinds of evidence on my page to prove this please if you can find him or know where to find him please tell him Michael and Stephanie as well as our kids really need Jackie Chans help him and Bruce Lee and Jet Lee are my heros and inspiration please we need help we're in danger can't trust the police around here because they are easily bribed and paid off

I've been doing figure 8's (center grip) with no real training, just getting a flow. I was a little unsure about trying an offset grip because the shorter end( that moves freely) would be able to hit my face, instead of being "blocked" by my back.. it was my beginner safety "crutch". Now, watching you, I can see the correct way to learn. Master Song, thank you!! You are a great instructor: Skill, attention to detail and patience with new students.

Outstanding demonstration and explainations ! My question is : where do you find a stick like this ? Does it have to be made of wood ? What kind of wood ? How long should it be ? Should its length be related to one's height ? I am going to try to find a kung-fu association in Paris France when our stupid nation-wide home-confinement is over. Do you have any address in Paris ? Thank you for everything :-)

I used a 6' dowel from Home Hardware, sanded it down and it works fantastic. Even has some flexibility from leaving it in the rain. Hope this helps?
