Hi, I just turned my machine on for the first time. It some sort of blue grease coming out. Tha'ts normal right? Do I have to lubricate it the same way as the eletric machine?

I'm wondering how you decided on what size ring and needle? Which will make small loops and which will make big ones? Can ypu mix and match sizes?
Hey Shelby, the biggest wheel goes with the biggest needle, smalles with smallest and so on. The needle measurement is the pileheight measurement. Mix and match will usually end up in a very uneven pileheight and a super challenging tufting process. We do recommend on always changing wheel and needle, since there is no advantage of mixing things up :)

My AK-3 doesn't cut the yarn. Is there anybody knows how to solve it?

How this one is different than the other two
The difference in options really is that it can do cut and loop and the pileheight.
For this one you will need an aircompressor to work tho. The others work with power only and you do not attach a aircompressor :)
