    Ive lost count how many times I had to take a small break out of frustration when building a PC. Especially when it comes to tiny wires and screws.

      I agree. A lot of people act like building a PC is a calm, blissful experience. I've built 5 PC's now and it's still a frustrating process 😂

      As a smoker, when building a PC, the amount of smoked cigarettes is way higher than normally. :D
      Yet I like the building process as I've been doing that for the last 20 years. These days it's the watercooling what's frustrating me.

    Some random tips for u guys, you can get rid of the front air filter and the top air filter since the front case already has a mesh panel which already functions like an air filter, other case manufacturers have already moved to that design, normally you want to install the cpu power supply colored extension as soon as your board is installed because the upper right corner is tight in many cases or you could move over to a bigger case and then you dont have to worry about the specific order of hooking everything up. As far as installing the case fans the problem you also was having was your mechanical technique, the way you were doing it its ideal if you are Left Handed where you have your dominant hand on the inside of the case, since you are Right Handed for maximum torque you needed to invert the case so that your right hand is towards the inside of the case or option b is to put the case on its side and maintain your right hand towards the inside of the case, that way you can apply maximum torque by leaning your body into the turn, learn the technique now because you will need it for various other projects in your life such as home improvement projects and working on bicycles motorcycles cars trucks boats ships planes etc. Don't forget to update the bios on a regular basis and make sure your cpu is not getting cooked.

    For the front fans, you could've simply used longer m3 screws so you could screw in from the front instead.

    Good vid man, but never leave the cpu out of the socket when removing/installing and taking things in and out. One small slip and you've bent all your pins.

    The build turned out really clean! Even though you mentioned yourself that a 2060 super is not the greatest, this video shows what an upgrade should be in my books. Not everyone needs to spend $1,000 on a graphics card. It will definitely be a nice upgrade for you💪

    congrats on the upgrade my friend it looks fantastic i wish if you spent a bit more and got an rtx 3060 12 gb or an rtx 3060 ti it would have put you in an rtx 2070S / rtx 2080S territory respectively but overall its a solid upgrade if you are willing to play a little bit old AAA games or mostly Esport games ^^

    A small critique, but that power supply isn't really much better than the CX650M that you were using. An additional 100W overhead isn't nothing to scoff at, but the overall system load with a 5800X/2060S isn't gonna get anywhere near 650W, and the the CX650M is a quieter unit than the Gigabyte one. Overall, nice build, though!

    • @EverythingDesktops
      @EverythingDesktops  Před 4 měsíci

      Thank you and that's a fair call, the main reason was that the ud750gm was 80+ gold with the cx650m being bronze. It was a spare part I had on hand which allowed me to use the cx650m elsewhere in a more appropriate build

    • @europason2293
      @europason2293 Před 4 měsíci

      @@EverythingDesktops Yeah, for sure.
      A quick thing I may add about the efficiency certification: the 80 Plus rating isn't all it's made out to be. Whenever checking performance and quality of a PSU, I tend to prefer the testing house Cybenetics, which does more thorough testing and has far stricter certifications than 80 Plus, and they include a noise rating rating as well (ranging from Standard thru A++).
      gzhls.at/blob/ldb/7/2/c/2/4cf62a327509aab966f4c49b60749322f75e.pdf
      The CX650M is actually a Cybenetics Gold efficiency / A- noise rated PSU, so it's a lot nicer than 80 Plus would lead you to believe.
      I know this is kind of autistic and splitting hairs, but just thought I'd throw it out there. A lot of people don't know about Cybenetics, but more and more PSU manufacturers are starting to include their certifications in their marketing, so they're becoming more and more of an authority on PSU quality, which in my opinion is well deserved.

    • @EverythingDesktops
      @EverythingDesktops  Před 4 měsíci

      Wow, thank you so much for sharing this. I'm definitely going to look at Cybenetics next time. Looking through that link and after searching up my ud750gm, I'm really impressed with how thorough it is. I really appreciate your comment

    Dont thrash the Kaby Lake was it ? It can still be used for Win10 stuff as offliner or for older games, you dont wana spend your high end computer for older games.
    This spec is fine for like World of Warcraft or maybe DayZ gamin. DX12 gonna be an issue some year, i hope they keep DX11 atleast in for Classic.

    • @MrSamadolfo
      @MrSamadolfo Před 3 měsíci

      its because this particular case is designed like that, some of the other case manufacturers have shifted the fan brackets towards the front so that you can screw the fan in from the outside of the case, if an easy installation is important to you there are cases that are easier to build in, just look around youtube for case reviews
