With all that pre-game talk of smashing Reece. They probably concentrated too much on that game plan that they run out of other thing at end game.
They did smash him but the ref looked the other way
They focus too much on pre-game trash talk, then come game time they try start fights, dirty tactics etc. if they focus more on the game itself they would win. They’re “The best” team on paper but choke everytime.

Fittler and Alexander are considered Panthers legends. This is problematic as they are subconsciously selecting Panthers players/combinations which inturn is creating a headache and NSW will not win game 2.

Why don't NZ have a north vs south island of origin?
I've ALWAYS thought this exact idea too! That way you give NZ another opportunity for revenue, build the pathways even stronger for the Kiwis and feed into another genuine rivalry! Great thinking bud
Not much of a rivalry between the islands in league or union. Nothing compared to QLD and NSW at least.
I think you'll find there are barely any, if any at all, league players from the south island.... Sucks but is what it is
No interest - because it lacks context. Origin works because of the history behind why the hatred exists in the first place.
Kiwis don't really care about league. They love their rugby. Also the majority of their population is from and on the north island so south islands talent pool would be nowhere near as great. They could definitely do this is rugby though

Queenslander here...16 years outside of Auss now and every year...I go to CZcams to watch the origin. My fondest Aussie memory...has to be any Queenslander or NSW persons! The firs NSW try still looked offside to me! Thank god for YT replay lol!

Martin collected the ball on try line side of the ten. Luai was a meter short of the ten going backwards. Has to be physically impossible to have been anything but forward pass, well practiced and excecuted. How many have been completed unseen
The ball has to leave the hands backwards. It can still travel in a forward position however
@@moro6957 hi, motion is impossible to be overcome. Pass the ball backwards from the hands which are both affected by the physical backward motion. The line is never moving....... look at the points of the pass to the collection of the pass. Maybe i am too old and miss see that. Anyway it went onthe scoreboard, all i am saying is that it is in my opinion wrong tobe practised so professionally that it is perfected and never looked at. We donot play gridiron.....
