Imagine you’re trying you best to survive. You’ve finally found some breathing room. You’re trying to catch your breath when a random guy with sunglasses comes, picks you up and shoves you into his backpack.
The Captain using guns is like so weird because we’re so used to swords by now that it’s bizarre to think about him shooting a Glock.
I think as long as it's not magic he's okay lol

I love this series. Abit different from the usual tech focused mod packs. Reminds me of Crash landing, as survival plays a big role.
Yeah, it's definitely a nice break from the usual modpacks. They can start to feel a little repetitive, but this is completely new to the channel.
God, he needs to bring xeen and Pete into this series. The chaos would unimaginable. 😂
the pack page actually recommends more than 2 players which I found interesting lol
Captain I haven't watched the full episode yet but in case you haven't found it already there is a building that has no spawners and is full of all the best food and it's pretty common, also in the case that you do ever get infected there is about 5 different stages that give you around 20 minutes to find a golden apple and once you die from the infection you have to kill your zombiefied self to get your loot back, just a heads up for the possible future 👍

Captain, don't forget you can crawl with ParCool. You can technically fit in 1x1 spaces on command. Use this to block doors and swipe at the feet safely. Plus you can set up barbed wire right in front of you while you do it for extra damage.
Also, you can put fire aspect on your baseball bat and zombies take extra fire damage. The Firefighters outfit set will give you fire immunity as well.
With the massive amounts of different armor sets in this mod pack, I would love to see Cap have a room, full of armor stands with the different armor sets on it.
This modpack reminds me a lot of the game "7 Days to Die". If you want to play a non-Minecraft game like this you should try it. I think it would be really fun to watch you play it with Kara and Rifkin.
7d2die is so epic, and Ravenhearst mod makes it even more realistic and challenging would love to see him do w Friends
I play 7 days it's fun but they made it much harder with the whole water situation now
You can upgrade your bat with barbed wire
I don't think picking up villagers putting in his bag is unethical, it's just like Pokemon
the hearth uses water to regulate your temp!
Tips Zombies can't seem to jump in barbed wire so place a one block perimeter of barbed wire with a block in side the perimeter and you are good

Decorating in a Zombie Apocalypse: When “Open Floor” isn’t the best remodel
Be careful with this modpack, I had been playing at four about two weeks, and discovered a really fun bug… When you click the button to sort either your inventory or a chest inventory, every now and again, everything in either inventory will be deleted.
The first time it happened it was just a chest with resources in it, the second and final time it happened was to my personal inventory, where I lost all of my stuff. I immediately pressed alt+f4 and deleted the entire modpack and all saved files. I had also just figured out how to power the refined storage. And the last few items that I needed to place down were in my inventory, when it got deleted.
So a very important fact about the guns and the zombies, you want to always try to hit nothing but head shots as it does twice as much damage taking half as many hits to kill them vs hitting body shots..... Also if I am not mistaken there are incendiary, tracer and other exotic types of rounds and ammunition you can find and craft.
I wonder if sprinting is using more than usual because it is using the same hotkey as "Fast Sprint" from that parkour mod.
It may be possible to separate into two different sprint speeds by changing the hotkeys.
Supposedly it already is unless you're one of the weirdos that presses control to sprint instead of double tapping. Sometimes the stamina bar is still used tho so idk
Reanimating the body... Well, that's one way to make a grave/body mod.
I'm only 10 minutes in so I can't speak for the end but are we still smelting water to purify it? If so, the create contraption outside your house is a water purification station. It might be more efficient?
Captain, PLEASE, look at the create machine at your base, it has a sand filter, I think it could be for purifying water
Captainsparklez, you should go find a Hybrid Timber Tower which is the tallest tower that looks like wood, on the map in kinda looks like a crafting table grid.

Sparklez you should clear out all the bushes around yourhouse and make it flat, that way nothing can hide and ambush when you leave

The sushii place you always pass as you go in the city has a bunch of food still
most ideal thing I can think of is to dig a two deep hole, two blocks wide around the homestead, place trap doors along the edges, down, and fill the hole with barbed wire. Of course leaving enough space for your essential farm would be wise too.
This is my new favorite series. It's hilarious and exciting to watch! :D

Build a horde base with a tunnel leading to it. Have the trap door and barbed wire surrounding the base. Captain, don't forget you can crawl with ParCool. That fact the basment is just a hole with a stair case is frustrating for my cause I like things to look nice
a cool idea maybe for future hordes could be some barbed wire with hoppers and chests underneath so any rare loot doesn't despawn!

You can find guns in the chests at the police station. Just got an m4 when being chased by a hoard
dunno if cap will read these comments on a day old vid, but there is a specific building its got a white h on the minimap its sorta like a hotel. now granted i am playing on normal and i think that effects loot rate since you only got a pistol in the police vault and i got an m4 in the office part of the police building. But the hotel should have food and the top floor should have lots of money and good food, the rooms between had lots of 9mm for me but may not on hard.

The moment Jordan wants bigger targets he’s going to hate the wastelands zones, I.E. the desert biome, total nightmare city of mutant zombies and their screams are like nails to a chalk board, but other than that, have fun looting for guns and more ammo 😁

You can use shield with some pistols this can help you to avoid damage and will still allow you to attack enemies
Have fire throwing snowmen turrets outside your base
Maybe Magnets can help with drops in the barbed wire during raid night?

If you get another horde and you have the barb wire pit set up, you should see if you can get the drops so you can farm ammo from below the barb wire pit.
Just remember enemy's dying without player interference usually means they wont drop loot plus perhaps a better collector system that's lot of enemies dying with hardly no loot dropped and not collecting imagine all the ammo he would have gotten from that huge horde

this is honestly one of the best packs ive seen, i just wish they improved some of the zombie ai to make them more dangerous
breaking down windows if enough zombies are in an area, being able to climb over each other to get over barbed wire, and crawling through one block gaps would all be interesting and dangerous horde ai
