    Stroboscopic effect. Very inconvenient to fill a cup, because you get your hands wet and others drink the same water.

      Its eazy to do something like this You just need a strobe light. It creates the same effect

      Chris Redfield Yes it is, if you sync the frames with the water it creates that illusion, it wouldn't look like that in person.

      @@simpleman8883 You don't need a camera to get this effect. This is just stroboscopic motion and you can see the strobes at 0:09. The same look should be achieved in person as the strobe light effectively gives you vision similar to a camera with a "frame rate."
