Also feel free to let me knowif you are looking for anything particular! I am digging into NES , Switch , Gamegear , Gameboy right now. You are awesome man and I dig your comments since they aren't all "good vid" . They are constructive well thought out comments so thank you man!
That tea bag holder filled with the gb games looks amazing. Good call
Ya gotta love a good tea bag holder 😉
sooo many options man !!! and all of them are 10/10 !!! Really like the nail polish rack as I have a very tiny display area and since it's see thru I could display other things behind it !!! great option !!! Love all the suggestions from the viewers too !! This video is one of the greats !!! Keep them coming and Collect What You Love !!! Love & Respect !!!

I really like those floating acrylic shelves. They look like they would do well at displaying a few famicom carts as well
yES! Those shelves are my new favorite. I left them spread out to about the size of a nintendo switch case size so I can use them for any carts I need. They look wayy better than i Expected. Was tricky to find a shelf with a depth like that. Thank you man!
Would like to Atari lynx, it's a pipe dream, lol. But those small custom boxes are badass! I've been meaning to try my hand at those for a while.
atari lynx is a cool system! I need to get my hands on one soon!
Wow thank you for the great ideas. I’m ordering the nail polish rack as we speak. I love the fact that you can see all the games that way.
And that is what it is all about! I try to find clear or acrylic ideas since my end goal is to see the art. I have some boxed gameboy games with great art but the carts are always the tricky ones and I think sometimes they get put away because there are no great solutions to display them. I am doing my best to keep finding more! Really appreciate it erbwars!
4:27 Hey, I know that guy!
You Should go check out his channel!! Some fantastic Ideas! Hope this represented you well enough man!
Looks good and some very good ideas here as well.
That jeweler tray for the GBA looks amazing--I love that!
The hanging shelves look nice and I like the versatility of being able to display any number of games.
Still enjoy how sharp the tea bag holders look too!
The tiny boxes are so cool! We do the custom cases...sort of. That is, we've picked up a lot of DS cases from our local GameStop and I used a dremel to cut out the shape I need for any handheld game. I then find or make a custom label to slide into the sleeve and it looks a lot like what you're showing here. We love the way the spines look on shelves, especially when it's made clear for what handheld each game is for.
Another fantastic video with great ideas!
I may need to see If I can get some photos of your custom cases! I am working on an ultra comprehensive video for these and the different options out there! hmm maybe a video clip.. I'll dm you on twitter in the next couple days here!
💿 🛒! Man we love all these ideas. The nail polish ones are something we would’ve never thought of. So glad you’re here!
Those Nail polish people Have the lock on the game display ideas! Thanks Oak city!
I've been eagerly anticipating more Game Boy display ideas from you, it's a sore spot for me in my own collection! These tips have been great and top quality production to boot. Keep up the great work DC!
First of all having a very succesful ytber say they anticipate something I do is incredibly motivating! Thank you for looking at my small videos. If you get anything at all out of it it is literally an awesome thing!! I keep trying to make things better here and I am going to keep it up! Thank you for the heavy dose of motivation that is great! have an excellent week!
Very successful is debatable haha, but I'm happy you think so! I describe my YT career as "hasn't fallen flat on his face yet". You're tapping into a great niche content market here that I don't see discussed a lot and as I said are putting a great quality of production into the final product that you should be proud of.
love all these ideas for the display. I made a tiny bookshelf back in the day that perfectly held my gameboy games I'll show you a pic on twitter. I also made little cardboard dust sleeves for them so long ago.
Keep up the great work
You had me at tiny! For some reason I love tiny game stuffs. I had to take double take at your shelf and games. When I realized how huge the gb cart looked I was thrown for a loop! Those little sleeves are very cool! Did you make a video for these when you made them?
yeah its a 5 year old video though so it might be rough to watch ha. My buddy Jorge had came up with the idea back than for NES mini boxes and dust sleeves. He than sent me the template for the Gameboy ones

I love the wooden box! Maybe I’ll be able to upgrade to that once I get more Gameboy games haha
Yes! Always love the ideas and videos man. Great work as always. I actually went the route of Clear DS cases (pal size) for my GBA games. Very satisfying. My issue now is how to display my GB and GBC games with the dust covers. Too bulky for DS cases. So far I've used the teabag container you recommended. But still on the lookout for an alternative. Cheers man!
Hmmm. With the dustcovers thats right. That is one I need to remember. Many times I only think about the cart on its own but with the dustcovers is definitely another size altogether. When a part 4 is made I'll be thinking about that! Thank you !
Great videos and great collection! Keep up the good work bro
4 years later, thanks for the ideas!
Nice stuff, I'm going to pick some of those for myself at some point.
I have begun my search for ds/3ds ideas! I have no idea how long it will take to get them together but eventually it will happen! Thank you for that great suggestion!
Lots of awesome ideas for storage Definitely going to u some of hen
These are really good videos! I subscribed!
Thank you veeeery much!! I'll keep trying to make them better! Even working on a new Game Boy video for the future too!
Awesome! These videos gave me some ideas on what I could do for the games room I’m putting together, so thank you :)
I’m going to use the acrylic stair case looking thing for my regular games and my Pokémon games on stands from rose colored gaming
I love that display! Its perfect for gameboy games but also works for many more. I love using it in my collection. Thanks for the comment man!
I love the bamboo/acrylic tea box idea. Most of my game boy games probably aren't worth displaying, and this lets me shelve them behind the good ones. I ordered a couple to see what else fits into them, and how big they are. If they fit into standard cd shelving, I might be needing a lot more. FYI, your amazon link is the first product I've seen that's only available to prime members, so I had to order through walmart.
oh no! Thats not good at all! I will try to get a link to a better seller then! I've tried to keep links that everyone can use so thank you very much for letting me know about that. The bamboo box has held up really welll since i got it and Its for sure one of my favorites to use I need to try it with more cartridges. as for your carts not being worth displaying of course they are! throughout my videos I have so many bad games or damaged games. To me its just cool to see the art work sometimes and even shovelware looks awesome when organized/displayed. Thank you for the awesome comment!
Hey DISKCART! Thanks for all the good ideas. I have a STAR FOX game watch and was curious if you had any display ideas.
Oh man!! I'd love to have one of those in the collection at some point. I think if I had only one of them I would get a watch stand that it could wrap around similar to the ones they come on at the store. If I had multiple there are some other cool things you could do with it like hang them vertically in a frame. I'll think on it a bit more!
Do you have a link or are you able to share which acrylic shelves you used for the floating shelves?
hi could you make an in depth video about custom cases? I was wondering where's the best place to get them
I am working my butt off just for that video!! Since I was doing gameboy carts for this one I had to add a few at the end to show them as an idea but I have greater plans for a much more in depth view of the different options for these custom cases. When I looked into them I thought there may only be a couple options then BOOM the floodgates opened and I realized there were so many companies and people making these. It will take time but plan to see a video talking about the different options and the pros and cons of them! I am still collecting some from the different companies that make them in order to take a real point of view and have a much more in depth look. Thank you for the awesome comment I am glad maybe one person at least will get something from that video!
awesome I'm excited to see that video been looking for custom game cases for awhile now and the youtubes videos about them aren't that great. So it would be nice to se a good video about them
Hey. I plan on displaying my GB and GBA games with dust covers. I know they would bulk up the cartridges so do you have any good ideas on display that also allows easy access?
Most of these ideas should work with the gameboy dustcovers but If you have any that you want me to check out please let me know. I would be happy to try out some of these with dustcovers on.
Hey DiskCart, I got another GB cart idea for you: Cassette Tape Boxes.
While I personally take the DS-case approach with my collection, Cassette Tape Boxes are very compact, incredibly cheap, and printing artwork for them is way easier. In fact there's a thread over on The Cover Project dedicated to it, I'm "NeoMyGeos" on there. www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=23301.0
I am hoping to be making a couple of these soon. Im working on getting a complete custom cases video together to really cover the majority of options out there. There are sooo many its bigger than expected! Thank you very much!
I love these ideas but am english so the links are pointless as it would cost £40 shipping😂😂
thats not good! I will keep trying to find more ideas that can be found in Europe too! Thank you!
You look so serious....
Lol its just my face sometimes. It may have been the extra lighting I had just added to the studio that really pushed it over the limit here. Hopefully more recent videos are a bit less serious and dont scare people away lol! Thanks for checking out a little channel man!
It doesn’t scare people away, I guess you were really concentrated.
