made rough time stamps: i seriously THANK YOU animator., wish i had your mad awesome skills..
0:05 : bacterium enters the intestines; notice the flagella which enhances the motility of the bacterium. (Peritrichous)
0:30 Once it reaches the mucosa, it uses its specialized type III secretion system for direct delivery of Salmonella proteins into the cytoplasm of the epithelial cells
1:23 These proteins then mediate alterations in the actin cytoskeleton that are required for Salmonella uptake
1:46 This alteration triggers formation of membrane ruffles to reach out and enclose the adherent bacteria within large vesicles by bacterium-mediated endocytosis
1:48 Once it crosses the epithelial layer of the intestine, it is phagocytosed by *macrophages* where it resides and survive antimicrobial environment by sending "distractions" to resist potential altered host cell signalling
2:06 In addition, a second type III secretion system directly delivers bacterial proteins across phagosome to remodel Salmonella-containing vacuole, promoting bacterial survival and replication..
whoa, basically it's like alien invasion
Reza Pratama 😂😂😂
The comment section is literally a bunch of people suffering in pain or sharing their past experiences with it. Which is also pain.
I am having Salmonella right now and my belly hurts SO BAD and I am spending the day on the toilet.I also had a fever 104f.
It's the worst thing!!
Heat_Wave I know. It’s the worst stomach ache I’ve ever had in my life. When I had it I was vomiting all day and frankly I felt I was going to die.
so what I think is happening here:
The cell searches for a suitable area to inject proteins or whatever those are
They inject them into the sides of the intestine
the proteins form long chains that push the side of the intestine up so it can swallow the salmonella
once inside, the salmonella makes copies of itself, which mature into adults
hope this helped
thank fucking god you're here
Oliver S. Thank you 🙏😭
toxines!
Thank you for sharing! Having a visual reference really helped me understand!
it looks like that bacteria is using an evil form of Lego to get a foot hold
0:01 T-pose to show dominance agains salmonella
lol😂
Animation gr8 but need explanation..
I think I’ll pass on the cookie dough today..
im here because I ate too much cookie dough ;/
please upload with sound
That's some serious space combat for protomolecule
Difficult to understand whats happening until its properly described
Amazing!, Thanks for sharing.
What exactly is Salmonella injecting in the epithelial cell? And where is the epidermal-growth-factor-receptor? In literature it says, that it needs the receptor to enter the cell.
You can get it from reptiles like iguanas, especially turtles too
@metalgearrexlover Did you go to the hospital? Or did you just wait it out to stop without any medicine?
Man, all I could think of is the worst time I've had with the stomach virus. FOR ABOUT 2 FREAKING WEEKS! And the worst thing is that I was in China for 7 days with it! No doctors, no medication ugh.
which softwares u used to create this amaazing work ?
i came to search for this because right now i am having medication for this,i was sick for one month and my boss noticed me losing weight so she told her doctor to do me analysis then they found out that i have salmonella, which caused infection...
i vomit and everytime i eat something,i always go quickly to the toilet, and my stomach hurts too... so from now on,i got lessons from it and i learnt to take care when eating foods...
ever ly what type of food you ate before having salmonella? did you over exagerate?
The question is how was it able to construct itself to enter the system?
Any sound on this? Looks interesting, but absolutely no idea what's going on.
Idk either,
Salmonella isn't a virus, but a bacteria so it doesn't act like a virus, unlike this video and bacteria reproduce on their own, plus a cell can hole many bacteria or viruses
This video is the opposite of reality
this video is farly accurate. the salmonella binds to the endothelial cells via membrane binding proteins. then it uses a type III secretion system to inject effector proteins that promote the formation of filaments. my guess is that its actin filaments. these then bind to the binding site of salmonella and lead to endocytosis of the bacterium into the endothelial cell. now that the salmonella is in a vesicle in the endothelial cell, it can proliferate. also salmonella can exit the endothelial cell on the other side (basolateral side) and enter into neighboring endothelial cells and macrophages.
Aliens! Run!
@0326hkim No one has made a synthetic cell from scratch, but if you are talking about stem cell therapies where a pluripotent stem cell is differentiated into a macrophage that will selectively go and eat up these Salmonella , I have not really heard of anyone working on it.
There's no sound here!
it takes over the actin filaments of the host cell and makes the cell endocytose Salmonella by membrane ruffling - I know I am a Doctor of Germs
Please can you help me to give an explanation of this video for a class, I present in my exposure but not how to explain please I need your help
Is there a version with audio descriptions of what is going on? I want to use it for my salmonella presentation as it is a really good animation but there is no audio. thanks
Hey how was your presentation? Lol I'm 8 years late 😂
I wish it gave an explanation of what was going on.
i wish there was an explanation with it
Great video, was this a specialized medical software you used to create the animation?
This is not true,
Salmonella is a bacteria, not a virus that is 9 times bigger than a cell, as this video shows
And bacteria reproduces like normal cells, though much smaller
@@ee-wo9rh then what salmonella are
what documentary is this?
thanks
what did you eat that caused it?
So THAT's WHAT happened to me at that Mongolian BBQ yesterday. Like something out of sci-fi.
these little things fuck u up, the most sick I have ever been...
You’re immune system is terrible, I’ve been eating raw eggs for a year now and not once been sick
Silence of the Bugz -- needs narration by none less than Dr Lecter -- or Buffalo Bill at a pinch.
Spaceship image come from this!
is there a technology that is being worked on where we send in a man-made macrophage cell and destroy these things by controlling it?
quiero el tratamiento please tengo salmonela es horrorosa la enfermedad
Owhh thank you, my dad got it and i was kinda worried
how can this thing be killed in something in someone's stomach
I’m sure a shot of liquor would kill them
Can 2 shots of liquor kill this bacteria?
it has no sound ,wht
there's no sound!!
what is the remedy??
what did i just watch lol.
Who said aliens do not exist?
Uhghhh.. I have.. gastroenteritis..
Bhut bhadiya
Oh my... I really liked this video. Shocking, but I think I've got an idea on how this works. Man, salmonella is a mean bacteria... So smart though :)
Do you have salmonella?
No, but I had to research it for school
They are very smart, even more impresive is how the scinetist know this. I think its called a type three secretion device.
ummmm its a bacteria!
This video doesn't have the truth
It's literally calling a bacteria a virus that is stupid and opens the cell when it only has 1 organism instead of like 20
And it showed the bacteria was about 9 times bigger than the cell at first
Some commentary is needed for this video...
I've had this. It SUCKS
You are NON Organic meats/eggs that’s why you got sick
Ate*
I wanna go
@EchoNatek well,at the beggining i ate some buns, after 2 hours i felt a little bit weak, after an hour i shat my pants :(,i thought it was a fart but it was liquid shit,so i kept going to bathroom every 30 mins,at night went to the bathroom to shit again, but then i threw up and this lasted 2-3 days
Just found out I have this infection. Had it for 2 weeks FUCKING SUCKS feels like your slowly dying
Cass G help me 🙁
same here, i'vben 3 weeks, and i just lay down in my bed, my body have no power to do event go to the bathroom
this is just like that Matrix =D
no sound?
salmonella...??? Ok.....
ɷɷ I Have Watched This Movie Leakeddd Versionnn Hereeee : - t.co/NdLgwVlw7a
I ate raw bacon and I did not get salmonella poisoning
Yall have parasites then instead
we just passed by one grill resto and that's,had some meat but i didnt eat much.i dont think the meat caused it... now i am ok thanks god....but my stomach became too much sensitive as i noticed....so i am more choosy on foods
i had salmonella,no fun
I am sick from salmonella. Because of chocolate kinger and mms and bounty
Asteoperosis
e coli does this too
It doesnt, just like salmonella, it is a bacteria, they reproduce on their own, unlike this video, viruses do this, though are not close to as big as 9 cells
its USUALLY self-limiting... USUALLY. lol. sorry you had that. D:
MD H MASALE, SE KON KON AYA😂👍
I got some off these assholes doing this to me right now. Not a good feeling.
Non sense
You explain how it works then.
Home I wanna go home lt4's a shit hole I wanna go home
I had salmonella typhi... serious typhi :p
anyway, its the quickest way to reduce weight :P
i was 80-82 kgs before i had typhi and then i was just 62 kgs after a month :p
lol
How long did you take to completely recover?
I really Appreciate your Good work Dr Ogoh on CZcams, Thanks for curing my #herprs . No more pains and sleepless nightmares, thanks #drogoh ✌
Useless vid
