Does yeast matter? (USvsKR Kolsch Yeast) w/ JULIAN and Emery!

I made a Kolsch beer and split the wort into two fermenters. I then put in White Labs Kolsch yeast (USA) and BioCraft (KOR) Kolsch yeast and then let them finish to "perfection."
This yeast is VERY specific to Colgone, GER and has a geogrpahical protection label in the EU.......
So they'll taste the same................ Right?
We taste my two and! Magpie Kolsch and Ale Crew Kolsch, two local craft breweries in Korea for comparison.
