Its freezed 10 hours with the outer layer of bread and also we dip that in slurry. Main point we r frying in hot oil for just 30 sec🤷♀️

If you not freezed the ice cream ball and bread cover for minimum 5 hours each and as well as deep fry more than a minute means definitely it will melt and spoil the dish itself
It doesn't melt as long as you fry with proper maida and bread coating.. I had this in bangalore once. This one doesn't taste good though.

This is our country india brother we have our own language when something is filled in a dough and fried we call it pakora either it is potato or icecream....and by the way if they can call our vada as salty donuts they why cant we name it according to our language....well i dont know why this thing is even existing....the most time taking recipe i saw before was patties then i decided to never try it at home its better to eat it outside but after seeing this i will never ever try this from anywhere....

Different version of Mexican fried ice cream...do try it guys.. It's really yummy.. Instead of maida cornflour slurry you can also dip it in egg and bread crumbs. Deep fry and roll it in cinnamon sugar mixture.. Mexican style 👌
