U can i guess... the bread will soak in a Lot of DESI Ghee.... I have myself tried frying in Oil.. i use rice bran oil it did taste perfect

Hmmm....I lived in USA for 40 years. I've been eating fried ice cream for same amount of years. This is all wrong.
There r several things wrong with this recipe. 1). You're making fried ice cream look like idali. It's never perfect shape be that round like a ball (Potato Vada/Pakoda) or that which looks like idali. 2) it should look exotic. This looks simple, unattractive. It should stand out and it should look complicated. It should make a statement. 2). It's too small. Make it 2 or 3 Scoops. 3) Outside layer is never made with bread or corn flakes. Somebody truly isn't thinking. It always had bit of cinnamon and other exotic spices. 4). The outside layer is always very thin. No more then 1/2 mm. This is too thick.
