    Everyone complains not knowing they need to oil it after washing

      Most knives you'll want to clean, sharpen, and oil after each use. Odd to me that people ride em hard and put em away wet like that. That's not good for any blade.

    Which knife oil do you recommend? I received this as a gift and noticed a lot of people saying it rusts.

      Any good knife oil will work. A proper knife use involves a sharpen and oil rub before putting it away. I didn't notice any rust, but we've been butchering pigs and other high-fat animals with them, so there's some natural oil that way too. Obviously we sterilize after each use, clean, shapen, clean, oil. Pack away.
