Thanks for the tip on imagining the racket connected to the belly button. I always struggled to have a good unit turn and this tip helped a lot.

Dylan, this video has helped me tremendously!! :) Could you make something similar focusing on the double handed backhand, please?

Eloquent description here Dylan, and yes, your coil is absolutely spot on like the pros. Leading with one elbow, chin to shoulder, finish follow through with the other, spaced elbow at torso as per red lines..loading down to back heel and driving forward. Thanks.

I thought I already found my missing link. That point about using the stomach to align the momentum, that point would make a big positive effect on placing more power on my swing. I've heard of this note a long time ago but the way you simply put it, somehou it got me really paying attention to it more and something click and I know this will really be helpful as I have spent many hours researching and practicing and still left thinking what else am I missing. Thank you.

Great habit forming suggestion of taking the racket back with your non-dominant hand. I’ll definitely give it a try. Thank you!

Can you do a video on leg drive and hip rotation for the forehand and backhand?

I love the “coil and release”, I often don’t coil enough so this is nice reminder

yes and I have seen players who rotate the arms only but then they rotate the upper body and so there is no stored energy, only centriful force

Yes this is key to developing big power using your full body rather than just the arms 👏🏽

I see you have been using your pure drive. Have you still been using the shift or have you decided it wasn’t for you?
