Custard cream pancakes, easy and very delicious
Ingredients:
Custard cream:
220 ml milk
20 g butter
1/4 vanilla bean
3 egg yolks
40 grams of sugar
20 grams of cornstarch
Pancakes:
2 eggs
40 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of honey
90 grams of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
10 ml of water
