I made a private playlist for whenever I feel anxious at night and can't sleep, so I go lay on the couch and watch the guys from Man at Arms, some of my favorites Bob Ross episodes and, of course, Grandpa cooking. It's an odd combination, but it calms me down and helps me fall asleep despite anxiety and insomnia. Grandpa in particular has a soothing effect... even if I do wake up feeling rather hungry in the morning.
