Also, I Am amazed on how well this Kids tolerate spice! I am from Mexico and besides we use chilis and some spices like grounded cumin for our cooking, food is most likely plain and simple for kids. In Mexico, some Candy comes with chili powder too, so kids are used to chili powder since early age. But here, look at them eating the chili served in the plate (assuming it’s hot), and tolerating the spice in the potato filing so well.
