- Vegetable Pulao is one of the most easiest rice based recipe. It can be prepared in minutes and served as a lunch or dinner. Friends, try this mouth watering veg pulao recipe (Malayalam language). Please don't forget to post your feedback.
- INGREDIENTS -
Ghee (നെയ്യ്) / Butter - 5 Tablespoon
Dry red chillies (ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 4 Nos
Onion (സവോള) - 1 No
Ginger Paste (ഇഞ്ചി അരച്ചത്) - 1 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste (വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത്) - 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Potato (ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ്) - ¼ Cup
Carrots (ക്യാരറ്റ്) - ¼ Cup
Cauliflower (കോളിഫ്ലവർ) - 50 gm (½ Cup)
Green Beans (ബീൻസ്) - ¼ Cup
Green Peas (ഗ്രീൻ പീസ്) - 3 Tablespoon
Mint Leaves (പുതിന ഇല)
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലി ഇല)
Basmati Rice (ബസ്മതി റൈസ്) - 2 Cups
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1½ Teaspoon
Hot Water (ചൂടുവെളളം) - 4 Cup
Lemon / Lime Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) - 1 Teaspoon

my regular recipe for Friday lunch. Simple and lucid explanation. I usually add 1 bay leaf, 2 elachis, 3 cloves , 1 star anaisse ,dalchini before adding the onions. (just like the aroma of indian spices) that really boost our immunity levels.

Really short and sweet.
I watched it 2 times. This Veg Pulao is a must-try recipe. It turned out great and looks great. The only thing I would do differently is to pour the 1 to 2 tablespoons of ghee into the boiling water as the rice is boiling. This will mix the ghee as I stir the rice in the boiling water and flavor it through and through, so we don't have to do that last step of trying to stir a pot full of rice. It just makes it easier. I love your video formats. Your videos are to the point, simple, clear and the end dish looks great. Thank you for posting.
