- A woman in her 60s told me how her doctor was "cutting her off" from HRT at age 70. This video provides 3 truths to help you make your decision about whether you should stay on HRT after 5, 10, even 20 years.
Should you take HRT for menopause? If that question feels impossible to answer, I'm here to help. My digital course, The Menopause Solution, guides you through Searches, Stories, and Studies to help you make your HRT decision.

My mom started topical HRT in her late 80’s. Now she’s 93 and still teaching water aerobics
I'm 75 and still on them!
Never stop HRT ❤
I’m 68 and I plan to take my estrogen, testosterone and progesterone till I’m at least 120
WOW, so very sad, this is what so many of us women (and men) face.
We must work to change this. Unfortunately, we have "few" individuals (not you Steve) "heralding" AND rallying us to come together and change this, let alone finding a doctor or practioner who is willing to walk this journey through with us (individually) to get optimized.
Another excellent informative video Steve, thank you for ALL you are doing,, I hope to find (still looking) a doctor/practioner of that kind here in the Florida panhandle. Thanks again for everything you share, it is informative.
I'm very fortunate as my obgyn talked to me when I began hrt and said she will prescribe for my lifetime ❤
Im 53 been on HRT patches for 4 years my doctor has said no more! Im changing my patch once a week to save patches before i run out its already affecting my mood & sleep!
Very informative! Does health insurance cover HRT?
@nellie... Glad you liked it! Health insurance MAY cover hormone replacement therapy in some circumstances. It will usually cover commercially manufactured estradiol and progesterone, although many women find that there's just not enough flexibility with those and they do better on compounded HRT that has much more customizability.
Hello. Can you do a video a bout hrt if you have high cholesterol and an increasing A1-C? Will hrt help or harm in this situation? And what if you’ve been on hrt for sev yrs and dev high cholesterol and high A1-C? Does that mean you’ve taken the wrong kind of hrt or that you should stop hrt? Thanks!
I think I was thrown inadvertently back into menopause symptoms because my estradiol patches don't seem to be working like they used to. I'm going in for a checkup and see about another route. Pills didn't work either. Have you reviewed under the skin pellets?
How long have you been on the patch?
I’ll die with an estradiol patch!

Currently, I am suffering from premenopausal symptoms that torment me every day. It has been tormenting me for almost three months now, Every day I lose all my energy and I can't go to work, I have insomnia, I'm depressed, I have no energy left to do anything in life, I have to fight with it every day and felt so exhausted, I thought I was going to die. I cried to my gynecologist and begged her to save me during this time. After all the urine and blood tests and all the other examinations, finally my gynecologist I also said I'm in pre-menopause, Finally she decided to give me Hormone therapy (estrogen patch) and progesterone pills, I just started using it 2 days ago, I hope these will help let me get well and have my life return to normal, I really never thought that premenopausal symptoms could be so terrible.
I had a Mast Cell activation when I attempted HRT- help
