The 6215's were powerhouses. White claimed they made 215hp at the PTO but they dyno from the factory north of 240hp.

I Love These Tractor Series-Real American Tractors-Built in Coldwater Ohio as far as I know. I see These Tractors as a Milestone in Tractor Manufacturing. In Europe came the Deutz 8.31 and the MF 9240 also the Lamborghini 265 as well as the Same Rubin?!? 265 based on the White Tractors. My Heart's beatn for US Tractors since I wos a Kid-No Lie!! I'd love to ride one of These 6100 White Youngtimers. WHITE an American Name that got lost in the US Tractor Industry like a view to Me really great sounding American Tractor Manufactures.🇩🇪🤝🗽🇺🇸🌠

They sure left the MTA's & UTU's behind. I spent a lot of time on the UTU and really hated that power lift and lack of power steering.

Here is my take on it. In 2001 Agco was selling Agco, Agco Allis, Agco White, and Massey Ferguson tractors in North America. This is a little bit of a nightmare. You are competing against yourself and having to design, build, and market multiple brands. At the same time they have a brand new advanced tractor facility probably with tons of potential capacity. So what to do? So they dropped the Agco Allis and Agco White brands and started selling orange painted Masseys as AGCO tractors in 2002. In 2011 they dropped the AGCO brand for some of the same reasons.
