Alvarez Foden Haaland together on the pitch are more effective than substituting Haaland with Alvarez. That will be pep's team in big games.

Alvarez is getting overlooked due to the brilliance of Haaland but I think he will also become a top top player.
Halaand is a classic complete striker, he can dribble, he can shoot, he can break defensive line with his speed and acceleration, he is great aerial wise and he can pass

Kane is an even better finisher (As pure finishers I rank Kane, Lewandowski, Ronaldo and then Haaland, although I think Haaland currently as a total package is the best #9 in the world), and better at a number 10 role. But Haaland has the unique physique, he is faster, stronger, and crucially plays for a much better team so he will score more goals. There's a reason why City tried their best to get Kane last summer though...
