Depends on terminology and country but typically what you are talking about is the superintendent. Contract admins should represent the best interests for whichever party he is representing.

Hi. Does the occupation Contract Administrator only include people dealing with construction contracts?
I am working with an IT company and manage/review/negotiate contracts on behalf of the company, working with several internal and external stakeholders. I am well versed with contract law and even have a bachelors and masters in law. Do you think i would be able to get a positive skill assessment for this occupation? Thanks in advance!
I think you would 100%. It's the same occupation but obviously my industry is construction. If you have an understanding of the industry you are going into then the same principles should apply.
