Awesome! This is why I'm so excited for this series. Been saying for a while, Bam is to defense what Jokic is to offense. Miami's defense is just as creative as Denver's offense.
Denver should be favored but if i could get a best of 21 series for these two teams I'd be in bball heaven.

Thats why Im laughing when somebody said who will guard Jokic or can Bam cover Jokic. Lol Heat did ut collectively as team. They play team defense they communicate and help alot, they run and throw bodiws at you. Theres no easy baskets on the Heat you have to earn it.

Heat can win it if they keep shooting 3s (Nuggs can't defend 3 pt shooters) and do pick and roll at Jokic as a defender. It would drain his stamina. Nuggs do nothing but drop defense.
The nuggets defense is based around clogging the paint, and helping jokic from being a defensive liability, but they cant defend the 3 ball, MPJ is too skinny, if they put him on jimmy, jimmy is gonna easily bully him and get buckets per usual, i dont believe in the nuggets defense. Jokic usage% finna go through the roof

Very impressive run by this Miami Heat team all the media narrative is about them being an 8th seed but this breakdown highlight why they had so much success in the postseason against the best teams in the Eastern Conference. Butler was terrific offensively the first two rounds by the team defense, and coaching schemes by Spolestra are Masterclass chess moves.

Jimmy Buttler did not take easy shots that was available but he chose to dribble and do lot of passing. Very poor defense. Wake up Eric, fans saw the faults and how come you didn’t see that.
Unfortunately the midrangers are always available & Jamal, OCP, MPJ, Jokic are all poachers from mid range
