Why can't we build a air-conditioning, eco. Friendly walk bridge, rather buses blocked by trucks. For non.worker Card holder, each visitor at 40/45 seconds, I always assume 45 mins. At woodland clearance. But tuas single queue multiservers is much efficient, as the hall is bigger in tuas check point., I won't mind to pay a toll charge of 50 cent to walk a well eco, weather proof walk way, healthy living, time fixed path.
Thanks to them we are safe

Can Singaporean explain why I (almost) always get detention every time I enter Singapore?
1. I'm Indonesian
2. I often visit SG and stay quite long (less than 30 days of course) I don't work daily in office, so I can work online anywhere.
3. NO I'm not working in Singapore. It's social visits and family business, I have cousins stay in SG and JB Malaysia, we had a startup projects.
4. The officers does not ask me anything, just told me to go to waiting area while they are doing their stuff with my passport.
I WOULD cooperate with all the laws in Singapore but they just dont give me any reason. I respect the law and will not try to offend. If they told me to prepare some paper or any legal stuff, I would do that,.. But no, they don't ask me anything.
5. Oh yeah I remember when one of the officers (a couple of years ago) asked me whether I'm Chinese or Malay... Is that important? No I'm not Chinese, my face looks like Chinese (my great granma was Chinese tho) but my skin rather dark, that's why maybe that officer confused and asked me that.
Is the safety of our ppl so just cooperate with us just like we do in ur country.
@@eddysophianofficial I surely do cooperate with the laws, and I fully understand how city-state especially in a small island like Singapore has to be extra cautious.. , but out of curiosity, what is the reason? even if I'm not allowed to enter, as far as they have legal reason for that, I'm okay.. I don't want illegally enter to other country too, just don't make people look or feel bad with the "bias procedures".
It's obviously not random check, just hoping that it's not discrimination or racial thingy.
@@cooljoe6188 Actually I don't judge the Singaporean, but maybe the immigration policy (hopefully not) is rather biased. The last time I went to Singapore is about two months ago, just to bring my 73 years old aunt back to Singapore, and only stay for 2days... But why didn't they allow me to enter "normally" as the others? And also it's been years since the last time I came to Singapore before that. The worst thing is they also took my passport and asked me to wait when I wanted to LEAVE Singapore. Entering is one thing, but also when leaving...? that was the first experience, but seriously?

Singapore government officers has done a very strict and good job to prevent illegal immigrant who came in to Singapore, it's a very good job according to the rules and law of the country, here I would like to congratulate all of them, but in my own country Malaysia, it is much different as for all foreigner who came in to the country, it's no need to have any travel document, only just came in with a small boat along the coast near the sea side or beach area, there are no government officer will be on duty there, if anyone who get caught by the local or public, don't be afraid during custody by police or other gov officers, cost of living, food and lodging all will be given, it is welcome to all foreigner who want to be Malaysian citizen, it's very easy, no need to apply, since it begin and happen during the rules by former PM Najib Razak cum UMNO - BN government of Malaysia before the year 2019. that's all my friend, thank you and hope to see you, bye bye, selamat berjumpa kembali.

1967 rasanya mula pakai pasport sebelum tahun 1967 tak perlu pakai pasport...tahun 1967 duit pun berpisah sebelum itu pakai mata wang yang sama.semuanya bermula singapore telah dikeluarkan dari malaysia pada 9.8.1965 akibat masalah politik yang tak sefahaman.
The custom on the other side are way more efficient than Sg lah, the officers dont even have to look thorougly, they can sense those smugglers by using their six sense. Thats how Malaysia custom officers are trained!

Singapore has the worst immigration they take so long . I was there 2 times and both times it took more than 1 hour to get immigration and everybody is waiting for me I am holding a uspasort

What I see here the officers look nice but in reality it’s not. Back to last few years when I am driving an old cars into Singapore around 11pm to pickup my girlfriend that finished work in Singapore and I will definitely being stop and check by at least 7 officers in their garage. They even scold me by not making a call to my girlfriend just to inform that I will be late because of the checking. I am being humiliated by those officers who look down on a Malaysian who drove a n old car into their country. What a shame to the Singapore ICA officers who look at themselves like nobody.
