5:28 For the benefit of non-Chinese viewers, here's the complete translation:
"If there is any pressing matters, please give a call (supposedly the landlord, I think). Do not open doors to strangers, lock the door when leaving the house and do not make any noise. Thank you"
Basically, it's a notice specially for ICA :)

Loads of recurring cases of law officers (not from Myanmar, not from Brunei, not from Malaysia, not from Philippines, not from Japan, not from South Korea, not from North Korea, not from Laos, not from Thailand, not from Indonesia, not from Cambodia, not from India), raiding casinos, spas, massages parlour, disco, clubs, KTV lounges, bistros& bars, niteclubs and hotels. The huge numbers of female visitors & workers caught for overstay or for working without a permit are usually extremely beautiful & alluring. So a great number of law officers being men became irresistable to that temptation. All of the collected reports showed the officers extorting sexual and some even monetary benefits from the arrested lady victims. In several cases, the male officer demanded constant sexual relationship with additional money as condition for not arresting the girls(many girls were trapped and submitted willingly to sexual request s as they were dealing with a foreign officer of law). A number of officers were undiscovered until today.
In extreme cases the foreign female victims brawled with the sexual aggressor & forced to continously provide body intimacy as they were recorded on video every time the officer had intimacy with them and later blackmailed by the video the officer was withholding. many cases had the officer performing threats like reporting the girl victim placing illegal working, overstaying, bribery with money & sexual offer, illegal vice activity & prostitution, body or dressing obscenity or theft, resisting arrest, vulgarity, obstructing law officer from performing duty and/or any crap the officer could think of to force her compliance. Many have died due to suicidal murder(they were forced to die as they were given choices which lead them to their death in a foreign country territory), majority had told their friends when they were still alive that, they were charged tonnes of civil & criminal offences which they didn't even any where or any chance near to committing but were charged as the officers wanted to cover their own crimes and get away unscathed. Pitiful women is such. God bless them RIP
