There was a scene where the physio is working on Roy and listens to murder podcasts. She could become a detective, but investigate trivial things around Richmond and the club. And that could involve other background characters like the night watchman from Coach Beard episode, the bike thief in Amsterdam, the stoner bus driver.

I think they’re grey, the Jamie Tartt Wikipedia page says they’re grey.
