For the last animation when the scout reaches for the lead pipe he looks like he is doing it on his own free will due to smoothness, however when he bonks the Teethenier he looks like he's being controlled by the grav gun. My theory is that the scout was trying to get a weapon to get out of there, and then bad water used that for his machinema.

Honestly, I took the clearly animated movement of 9:01 as a sign that we are doing the "Who Framed Rodger Rabbit" twist. My crackpot theory is that the Kleiner we have seen the whole time, is in fact, a living ragdoll himself! Or if not that, maybe a living player model, forced to move and act at the whims of the player.
Maybe the title "Subjugate" has a double meaning. Not only is the red scout under the players control, but so is the Kleiner we've seen all along.

I’ve thought of something. If the player loves torturing the scout (i.e throwing him everywhere, capturing him), then he must also love giving the scout a false sense of safety. If he saw the scout go into the dark room in sanctuary, then it isn’t too far fetched that the player isn’t actually scared of it, but rather lets the red scout believe he’s safe. Which is pretty horrifying when you take into account what he did once he found him in the dark rooms.

I've seen a bunch of people talk about how the Kleiner model itself is sentient, I agree and here are some pieces of evidence:
1.It'd explain how they got into the "sanctuary" in the first place, as we no BadWater HATES when the ragdolls get away from him so he wouldn't just let scout go so we can assume that he just couldn't go there, but the Kleiner model COULD as it is also a ragdoll like scout.
2.The animation when the Kleiner model looks at the camera is very similar to the animation the ragdolls have when they are in control.
3.(this one is a lot more speculation) The model acted differently, it was a lot less blunt and front forward then BadWater, instead of freezing scout with a gravity gun he strapped him in a chair, instead of just running straight towards the scout it sneaked around, the way it moved was just, DIFFERENT from how BadWater does.

I don't think that's badwater looking at the camera, it's been shown multiple time throughout the video that the srd's can move fluently and seamlessly, badwater, though, is a player, he can't do any of that.
I think that in those final shots, that's not badwater, but his player model, who enjoys the torture as much as badwater does.

Now, there is a prevalent theory on the Subjugate video. The theory is that that wasn't Badwater himelf torturing the scout, but rather the Kleiner player model, also being alive. This would explain why Badwater seemed scared of the dark room, but now seems to be venturing into it to torture the scout, and would explain the head turn at the end of the video. Players do *not* move like that. Now, Badwater still could be the one who tortured the scout, but the ending of the video definitely seems to imply that Kleiner is alive to some extent.

I feel like Badwater and Metal Head may be working together. Notice how he never seems to torture Metal Head in any of these videos. He welds the red engineer, he forces Melon Man to beat the Teethineer, he conjoined two pyros together, deleted a heavy and a soldier, and basically assaults the red scout on a daily basis, but Metal Head never seems to get hurt once. Maybe Metal Head is helping Badwater to ensure his own survival, making machines like the portal doors or the dark room as a way for Badwater to retrieve props and characters for his animations.

In "Discarded," as the RED Scout picks up the wrench, we can see the BLU Heavy's arm. This does imply that anything that is deleted goes here. Which means the failed BLU Soldier is here too, or whats left of him. Heavy is probably alive though, buy may still be mostly immobilized.

A theory about melonman and the red scout
Melonman was used to be a normal demoman until badwater found him and tortured him by cutting his head off and replacing it with a melon with a huge eyeball, so my guess is that melonman is living in agony because of the fact badwater replaced his head with a melon, that probably goes the same with teethineer, pyder, and metalhead since they were created in guresome ways like melonman, what’s even more distributing is that they don’t appear to be in constant pain almost like badwater is forceing them to live with any physical pain that they are in as abominations. and I guess what I mean by this about the red scout who got tortured by badwater, I don’t think that red scout is the same red scout from metal heads final straw thinking maybe badwater found another red scout roaming around and captured and forced him to be in the machinima. And the red scout who got tortured will be used as a upcoming creation that badwater will make

I think the reason it started glitching out when scout picked up the wrench in the dark room was because in the broken tv machinima scout had a wrench that fixed the tv and he is having a haunting flashback to when the blue heavy got deleted and was haunted by that flashback/memory.

Cool video man. I have to say that analytics wise, I'm kind of interested as to how all of this looks for you?
