Herro's rhythm seems just a tad bit off. He is close to having a horford motion shot where he still has his legs too bent when the ball reaches his set point. I think thats why he hasnt taken that jump yet to being a consistent shooter.

It could get you some threes, yes, but not consistent enough. Tyler's not as bad as horford's, actually far from being as bad. Its just in the spectrum of "shot release - knee extension", tyler's lean more towards horford's. Try to play in slo mo and pause when the ball reaches his set point. Compare the knee bend to other consistent shooters. Then compare tylers and horfords.

Tyler’s form is great.. horford in his prime couldn’t shoot as good as Tyler can now
