01:41 Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F/20 minutes.

02:13 2 cloves of garlic.
02:49 Olive oil.
03:03 minced meat 450 g.
03:17 Tomato sauce 2 tbsp.
03:21 ½ tsp salt.
03:23 ½ tsp cilantro.
03:24 ½ tsp curry.
03:26 1 tsp paprika.
03:30 Fry over low heat until cooked through.
03:42 Rosemary.
04:17 Mozzarella.
04:23 Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F/15 minutes.
05:20 Recipe 2.
05:31 Potato.
05:40 Cut and cook.
05:46 Salt.
05:49 butter.
05:53 Milk.
06:13 1 onion.
06:37 Roast until golden brown.
06:54 butter.
06:57 Minced meat (400g).
07:12 Fry on medium heat.
07:18 black pepper.
07:22 Salt.
07:29 Add fried onion.
07:41 Green Pea.
07:56 Tomatoes.
09:30 6 tortillas.
09:44 Tomato sauce.
09:56 Cheese.
11:13 Olive oil.
11:17 Fry on both sides for 2 minutes.
12:36 Parsley.

In the oven 200 seconds/15 minutes

He also loves cheese, pizza 🍕 and spaghetti and this beautiful, delicious looking potato dish has it all! That s exactly what i was thinking. My French husband hates hachis parmentier ( shepherds pie) but said he would this pizza everyday. By the way I cooked the whole potatoes first then sliced them then placed on the cheese.

Fantastic first recipe, I've made this dozens of times over the years. One tip I'd offer up though- please brown the mince first, then add the onion. Once the onion has softened, add the garlic. You don't want the onion or the garlic to burn.
I was thinking that too. The meat needs to cook much longer than the onions and garlic. Note, if it’sa flavor thing then I suppose one could always take the onion and garlic bits out, Brown the meat and then add them back in. But to me that’s just extra dirt fishes lol

I start my meat cooking then onions along with it, then garlic when it’s almost done and everything always turns out well.
