EPOXY VS POLY? How to tell what kind of board you have and what kind of resin you need to repair it!

EPS = Expanded Polystyrene = Styrofoam = ONLY USE EPOXY on this type of foam!
Polyurethane foam = the kind that doesnt look like styrofoam = either type of resin works.
If you put polyurethane resin on EPS foam it will melt it from a chemical reaction.

Most of the time you can see the foam through the fiberglass. EPS looks like styrofoam (beads) poly foam sparkles a little bit in the sun.
