ok ...i will find out when i get a new bike for service...thanks mate ....keep posting videos..keep riding
good tutorial...
I dig the endings! :D
Thanks! Need to mix it up a bit, or it would be boring!
los tornillos deben tener obligatoriamente sellante o trabarroscas y la volante se saca con un extractor
Thanks for that, very useful
Good entertaining learning stuff, thank you :-)
Glad you liked it, Roger!
Good video
What is the clutch puller size
Great video!! My bike is starting to make that noise and does not want to let the starter start. If I put my bike in gear rock it back it let's the starter crank for a second then all that noise happens. Do I need to replace my clutch just like you did in the video?
Yep, sounds like a good plan
hey thats right but if there is no oil like bajaj pulsar here in india??...nice video btw ...thanks...keep posting..
naveedaka - I would reference a service manual to see if it calls for grease or oil. India is amazing for motorcycles! I wish we had the same level of interest here in America.
I just got a GZ250 is their suppose to be oil in the stator I had quit a bit come out when I pulled the cover off?thanks
How do you take the flywheel out? I managed to remove the bolt but the flywheel is still stuck!
is that the same for the Rebel 250?
Bro if u like please add full service of this bike after 5000km done
Hey! My KZ200 engine is having trouble turning over/starting. When you fixed your starter clutch, did you buy a whole new kit or just a few pieces?
Alex Wells - The new pieces - springs, caps, rollers - are shown in the clip around 5min mark.
So those are the only pieces that would be wearing out? not the gears?
no grease on rollers or gear needed??
naveedaka - The parts sit in a bit of engine oil when everything is back together.
haha ..really...there are yet no 600 officially launched...i dont have service manual...what do you think??
naveedaka - If it had oil/grease on it when disassembling, you may want to add some on the reassembly.
Is it possible that this can make the starter clutch get stuck ingaged?
