So far one of the best rav4 mod vedio. Way to go dude. Hopefully this will get you 100.K CZcams plaque..👍👍💯💯🤘🤘
Thank you very much for your help, with your help I didn't break many parts and I managed to remove the roof of a Rav4 2018 in just 30 minutes!! Keep up the good work 🫶🏻
This guy bailing out cooperate dealership service departments from his driveway 🤣
Great video. Did this on a 2013 rav. Thank you!
so detailed, brilliant.
Very detailed and informative.
Excellent video helped out so much
Muchas gracias por tu video tutorial, mereces 1 millon de likes 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I wish there was a 4th gen channel like yours, but most looks like it's the same. Thanks!
I'm installing a front and rear-facing dash cam system, ultra clean wiring install.
I am sure many points in my video/channel are backward compatible to the previous generation. I know people who use my videos for their corolla in fact. It's almost similar once your in the Toyota family. =]
Excellent video! Couldn’t have done it better myself!
excellent. thanks
This is a good one. Are you able to show the removal of stock roof rails and the antenna? This will help people who are wrapping cars.
Subscribed on the A pillar I need to tap a line to install automatic led footwell lights and led door sill lights. Those power lines turn on my light near the moonroof as I approach the car or open the door. I want to splice into those. My car doesn't have the foot well light wires in driver or passenger sides below.
For that air bag trim panel , my way is turning those two clips 90 degrees by using finger, and that cover will come off easily, and push on those two pins and gently wiggle it and that should be off.
Hi I just installed the Prinsu rack on my Rav4 but i’m having trouble with the clip that’s taken off at 2:36. It sure was easy to remove but I cannot figure out a way to put it back in. Is there a video you have that you can link or something so i can see how to install it?
Awesome video, thanks. Question, there is a smaller cover at the rear view mirror. How do you remove that cover. Your video does not show. Thanks.
If you mean the rain sensor, it simply pops off from pulling I believe. Either it slides downwards or pops off. I don’t remember it being scary. =)
is the first metal tool a cuticle tool?
Love your videos bro . Quick question , the dealer recently took of my 2019 rav4 right and left pillar and they look bloated ( not nice and tight as when I first purchased the car) do you happen to know why ? It really bothers me and I would love to fix it. Maybe the mechanic messed up putting it on ?
I have this too - my roof leaks real bad. The A pillar material absorbed water and flexed way out, expsosing the airbag and wiring behind. Shitty.
Can you show how you disconnected the battery?
hi. is there a space behind the airbag on the very top close to the headliner where the first plastic clips is? is it possible to run the dashcam cable from the fuse through the weather strip all the way to the lines that separate the A pillar and headliner? thanks
You can run wires the way you are describing it. You can check out my other videos where I install a front and rear dash cam. You might be crossing the airbag which might pose a risk.
Do any of your videos show the re-install of the A pillar trim? I wired my dashcam through without fully removing it, but having trouble getting it tightly secured again.
I do not have a video and do not think I'll upload one for the A pillar. I do recall having to do it a could of times because it didn't seem right at first though. You're not alone in the struggle. Make sure wires are not in the way and align the trim clips as best you can before the final big push into the socket.
@@Rav4Gen5 will do. Appreciate the response!
Hello, thank you for clarifying how to open, but you mentioned that you saw pictures of how to open, can I have an address or a site that I can know pictures about girls, screws, and wire wiring in Rav 4
實在是太厲害了, Without the drawing I really afraid of pup those plastic rivets.
Where did you purchase the pliers for disconnecting the A pillar trim clip? Thanks for a great video.
It's an old tool I had. Not sure where. You can try these. I've seen people use these successfully. I do think a flat head could do the job too but more difficult. amzn.to/38VNlrl
@@Rav4Gen5 Thank you. That is the style I have been looking at. Thanks again.
Hi! Can i know where you buy your prying tools? Or the link for it? Thanks a lot.
The one that you used to remove the headliner grab handle.
I use this. amzn.to/2Ih3jCJ
Thanks a lot sir!
My 2021 Rav4 sounds so tinny when it rains, was thinking of adding some sound deadner panels to the roof to help out.
This is my first Toyota and I'm not really a fan, seems so cheaply made. No lights on the door buttons or overhead console which I think makes it so distracting at night tying to find the right buttons. Doors and roof metal seem so thin, can't believe Toyota doesn't add and sound dampening to this car. Don't believe I'd have another Toyota.
They do this on purpose so you'll buy a Leuxs
@@SuperMan-uj7dh Not gonna happen!
Do all models require the headliner removal for prinsu install? I have xle not the adventure/trd
All models require dropping the headliner to access the inside bolts. You don’t need to fully remove it but still a lot of work. Cannot be installed on panoramic roof also.
Yeah I only partially removed the headliner to install the prinsu rack on my xle. No issues.
I can’t get the visor holder that was twisted off tightly back on. Any tips?
Make sure the headliner is not in the way. Headliner needs to be pushed behind the clips on the corners. I remember this took some effort.
@@Rav4Gen5 got it back on. Thanks for the help!
Do you have video how to install the roof rack?
It's coming up this week. Almost done clipping it together. I had rain in the forecast so not the best footage but good explanation on how to get through it.
@@Rav4Gen5 thank you

Give man enough time and he will disassemble whole car. :-)
Do I have to disconnect the battery before the headliner removal?
It would be a good idea. I didn’t but can’t go wrong doing it.
You missed the part to remove the liner from the seat belts
Who is also here only to learn how to acces the fucking hinges that dewelded on your powerlift door?
I didn’t know that was a problem. Can you send me pictures of you get to it.
that background music is disgusting
I do cringe on my old videos. Hopefully I have since improved. Thx
@@Rav4Gen5 thanks all you need is your voice.
