ConCourt ruling: Zuma will approach UN Human Rights

avenues available to him to ensure that the Constitutional Court
ruling that found him not suitable to run as a National Assembly
candidate is overturned.
Ndhlela says Zuma will approach the UN Human Rights Committee to
ensure his rights are exercised.
He says Zuma, however, doesn't want to lead at all cost.

President Zuma is going to Parliament because the Concourt allowed him to. How? He was allowed to appeal without the time frame attached. In law once you appeal, the previous order takes precedence. He can appeal in 5 years' time...
You huff and puff nonsense. Appeal what? Where? The Constitutional Court has made a determination on all his matters except the corruption trial that is ongoing. That, he can appeal because he will be found guilty too. And he knows it that's why he wanted Downer removed from the case. That's how he opiates when he knows the outcome is obviously against him.
