- The MK party says it will press charges against former member Lennox
Ntsodo for allegedly misusing the party's name.
Ntsodo deposed an affidavit alleging that the party illegally used
some people's personal details to register with the IEC for the May 29
elections.
MK spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela says Ntsodo should have been arrested.
