Our constitution should have law that removes leaders that fail to deliver basic services to people. Whether you are a mayor, a premier or president, thete should be law that says if you fail to deliver certain deliverables to the nation or society in at least 5 years, you get removed from power and be blacklisted from ever running for public office again.
