5 Minute Easy Waffles :
- 25 g Butter (2 tbsp)
- 180g Milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice ( 3/4 cup milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
- 1 room temp medium Egg
- 150g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 35 g Sugar (3 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Serve with butter and maple syrup!

Thereâs also covered, chunked, topped, diced etc. using onions, cheese, ham, chili, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms.

Waffles all day. They freeze well too. Right now I have butter pecan, blueberry, cinnamon, and plain waffles in my freezer. Waffles make a good sandwich too. As far as a street food goes, a fried chicken and waffle sandwich hits the spot! For fun make waffles with those prepackaged âjust add waterâ muffin mixes. Those were really good.
If you find someone raiding your freezer sometime, it's just me. All of those are favorites in this house. I have yet to understand the chicken and waffle madness that so many rave about, but that's because I haven't tried it yet. I'm so gonna try the pre-packaged mix you suggested though. Can't wait.

Personally I love both and consider both to be breakfast foods. In a hurry? Make your eggs and bacon while the waffle is cooking and then make a sandwich with everything (plus a little syrup) and head out the door. Yummy.

I'm making these tomorrow for sure! Also, yesterday was my birthday!
When I make waffles at home I eat them with honey and sliced banana. When I eat them out, I eat them with ice cream and maybe some nutella or something like that. I think waffles are served here in Greece in a similar way they are served in Italy, various toppings, nutella (or some other chocolate spread) and ice cream being the most popular.

as someone who loves neither waffles nor pancakes, i think waffle people prefer waffles because of the texture and crispiness, which is even better when combined with smoother-textured toppings like syrup, butter, nutella, or bananas.

I'm certainly on Waffle team. I remember as a little girl preferring waffles over pancakes. I don't know why, I don't really like the flavour or texture of pancakes. I don't like waffles made from pancake batter either, I don't know how but I can tell the difference. As for how I like to eat them? Literally all food that isn't vegetables is seen as a treat/dessert food xD so I like them with butter, REAL maple syrup, and strawberries. haha
