Hello. I have one tip to this recipe. Dont put wet mix to dry mix, but opposite, slowly add dry mix into wet mix, while you use the strainer to sift - sieve the dry mix, which takes more air into itself and makes the dough super fluffy 😋🩷

This is the only recipe I tried and it’s soooo good! I realized I was mixing everything at once by mistake but mixing wet and dry separately first then combining tastes amazing! My daughter ate 5 waffles 😂😂 (mini sized but still). I posted the recipe on my fridge and stopped buying eggo. Thank you!

Recipe: 1 cup flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 tablespoons of salt
1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
Mix well
Now in separate bowl add
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Mix
Now add mixtures together
And cook

I just made this and it is absolutely delicious. Substituted half with quick oats and chia seeds, added in cinnamon, allowed the batter the set for 15 mins before making. Yums!!
