Shakur is also a 3 division world champion, something Tank is not. Matter of fact hes not even a 2 division world champion so this whole "no where near the level of competition Tank has" is nonsense. How many guys has Tank fought that were ranked in the top 5 of his division when he fought them? Let's figure out how great this level of competition he's been fighting is

Frank's early success was part of Tank's game plan. Tank was offense minded. Ryan could barely touch Tank. There, he was defense minded. It didn't matter what fight Frank fought.

Both have reasons in my opinion for not fighting elite competition. For Tank Floyd was advising him to duck the top guys for easier fights. And Shakur whether people want to admit it or not is a boogeyman of the division, that’s why guys denied him fights before his last fight so there’s no excuse of saying he was gonna run because he was coming off performances where he was coming forward and being the aggressor.

Yeah, total fail on the audio.
Martin did pretty good at throwing 1,2,3 punches at a time. But after he felt Tanks power he stopped doing that out of fear of getting touched up again, he kind of started freezing in front of Tank and shelling up
Tank is elite,skilled,powerful,ring scientist & he can fight very well.The lost might make Frank a better boxer.He showed he has a decent jab just need to learn how to fight going back wards & cut the ring off.

The excuses come when you ask why Pitbull couldn't cut off the ring but instead followed a one-handed fighter around the ring getting jabbed and right hooked all night long. He had every possible chance to win and he still snatched defeat from the jaws of victory and now people want to actually give him a win that he didn't earn just because he made it to the end of a fight where he had every opportunity to get a stoppage. What's your excuse for him losing when he was handed every opportunity to win on a silver platter?
Tank broke his hand on Cruz, cause Cruz is that strong. If it weren’t for his high guard that tank landed awkwardly on he would’ve never broke his hand. Credit Cruz for that.

So Monster destroys Nery in 6 rounds after getting dropped in the first round and he’s vulnerable. Make this make sense he walked thru Nery and he is gonna be more aware now. It’s a contact sport you fight long enough you will get hit. The fact Nery couldn’t finish makes it worse for others cause he will work on this moving forward.

Frank usually presses the issue look at the Rivera, Marinez, Artem its like he started fighting scared against Tank and his footwork and movement his biggest strengths were not used at all.
He really used too much movement. He went from the ropes on one side of the ring to the ropes on the opposite side. He had some good moments in the middle of the ring but Davis only needed to walk forward to make him move. He should have stood his ground more often, clinched, used angles and fought on the inside some

I’m not sure if at 12 fights he’s at his best! It’s not about if he’s good enough I believe he’s much better than Inoue, but that having professional experience helps build sustainability and it’s much needed to fight at the top level! Just look at what happened to Frank Martin, he had nothing left after 4 rounds. I do have a trained eye and I will say the so called “Monster” has a very weak chin! Something that won’t take him far at the heavier weight! He also had trouble against Donaire in their first fight and Nonito Donaire was a shell of his old self and even lost the fight after the rematch before retiring! What I’m basically saying is he’s overrated and not as dangerous as people think!

Probably one of the best discussions on the porter way but the audio was terrible
They keep saying that Stevenson is a better fight. But I believe that Stevenson is a defensive minded fighter and I see that fight being a track meet. But with Loma, folks want to say "He's too old" but outside of the Lopez fight, who beat him? Now they gave Haney a decision, but everyone knows Loma walked Haney. Loma, he'll be right there in arms length, you just don't know where in that arms length. That why that's the best fight. For me it's a 50/50 fight.
