You need the core book and ornamental and turf book .

My license aplicator expired on 2015, do I need to do as a new ?

You would need to retake the exam.

nc tn ky va and sc *i think TN. have reciprocity in place, at least thats for NC. meaning your accreditation/licensing will carry over to the neighboring states.
