NC Pesticide Applicator Certification and Licensing

i thought north car. only had reciprocating on the certified applicator level. i believe i was told if i had a core and category 7a in s.c. it was worth a certified applicator in n.c. if you pay 50 dollars get the card ,then you could apply to take license test. maybe you mean only for category3 only . would like to here your take on the matter thanks Gordon.
