    here's the problem; it's called cb500f... the cb costs the same as this (actually costs 200€ less here, according to the manufacturers websites) and it's lighter, and more powerful (just 0.4hp lol), and it's a "honda vs a chinese bike" ...
    it is very hard to recommend this one over the CB...i guess the deciding factor would have to be the looks

    • @JFMotorcycles
      @JFMotorcycles  Před 6 lety +1

      Hello. I would rather Himalayan compare to Benelli TRK502X. Himalayan is significantly slower (you would feel like twice slower), way lighter and more agile in offroad. It is also cheaper and use less complicated technology of air-cooled SOHC engine. 502X is besides all also better for traveling with a pillion. On 502X you can easily travel 100 - 130 km/h, on Himalayan it will be rather 60 - 100 km/h most of time.

    • @tooresttrikie6744
      @tooresttrikie6744 Před 6 lety

      yeah the Himalayan couldn't pull you out of bed in the morning 24bhp in fact 20something bhp I think is poor for a 400cc "supposedly modern bike"! at least power wise this is up there at the A2 limit! might be a little dearer to buy, but I bet it'll hold value better than the REH. I'd even guess that the second hand Himalayan will be worth £100s/e100s/$100s rather than in the 1000s in 3 or 4 years, possibly unlike the Benelli Leoncino scramler! ride safe
